CCS HCS SS#2 SB 650 -- STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS

This bill eliminates the statute of limitations for forcible
rape, attempted forcible rape, forcible sodomy, and attempted
forcible sodomy.

The bill contains an emergency clause.
